I can't praise them enough. I've ordered a new road bike, which although not in stock was sourced from the manufacturer. I was kepy informed when to expect delivery and of changes during the waiting time. When the bike arrived it was quickly made ready. Great service and great knowledge. I would recommend this firm. 👌

Staff were lovely, helpful and efficient. I'm on holiday here and they even wet out of their way to reccomend local cycling attractions.

Always followed and watched when you go up stairs like your going to steal somthing. (Maybe I just have that look)
But makes you feel so uncomfortable.
Bought two bikes from here in past and lots of accessories which have been great though.

I got a giant ebike fathom from store and delivered to millom staff in shop are brilliant great customer service friendly and very professional on the product of the bike great to do business with 100% satisfaction

As always a top service. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and recently bought a great road bike. There were a couple of minor and common issues with at after riding for 3 months. Took it down today and they fixed the issues on the same day and no extra cost. Its great customer service that gives you confidence to buy all your bikes and gear from them. Only problem is explaining to my wife next time I spend a few lots of money on another road bike. Great products and brilliant staff. Friendly environment where you can even just call in for a natter.

Arguably the best customer service I have ever received.

I had been hunting around locally for the bike of my choice for sometime however eventually found it over 200 miles away from where I live, in the South.

I wanted to take advantage of the cycle to work scheme which I thought would make the whole transaction complex given the distance.

Those fears were laid to rest when Topmark took care of everything, including the courier service to deliver the bike to me at a small extra cost.

Could not be happier with the whole experience.

Picked my bike up yesterday after a service and maintenance. Wow! It's like a brand new bike. Thank you so much. Excellent service and communication. Will definitely be back and hopefully my bike won't be in such a troubled state next time!
