Once again, Velorution delivers the goods!
Despite my bumbling in arranging my booking to get my bike repaired, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helped me get everything back on track, quickly. They made the required fixes to my e-bike (Gocycle G4i) incredibly quickly and went beyond expectation ensuring it’s back up to speed. They also helped me when i (again bumbling) managed to cut myself whilst dropping off my bike - so as a plus, it’s certainly a store you feel well taken care of in, haha. All in all, an easy 5/5 stars for service, quality and care Velorution - Islington and in fact Velorution as a whole, as so far, despite whoever I deal with and at whatever location, it’s been nothing but great service! Keep doing what you’re doing, the world needs you!

Super happy with my experience here. My Brompton was fixed by midday on the day it was booked in for. Friendly guys. Best of all, the very reasonable price was nearly a third of what I'd been quoted at another cycle shop close to me.

Velorution Islington is the best in town! I've been going to this shop for 3+ years now and have always had top notch service from Lee, Roger and the entire team. Highly recommended to fellow cyclists. You won't be disappointed.

Best bike shop I've been to in a long long time! Really helpful every time I've been in and also very quick. Good price too! Would highly recommend visiting them for any bike mechanic needs.

Had an issue with a ticking noise, while my bike is still on warranty, Roger issued me an invoice for £50 which i had to pay. After i took my bike I've realised that problem was not fixed and the ticking noise was as before. Nothing has been fixed! As well I very doubt that while my bike is on warranty I have to pay for the service as its not my fault! Terrible experience! Will have to escalate this! Avoid!

The bolt securing my saddle sheared when cycling home. I popped into Velorution and Marvin sorted me out. Extremely professional and super friendly customer service. Highly recommended!

Had an emergency puncture situation over the Christmas period and not only were they open—unlike almost everyone else— but what a charming team: fixed the wheel, oiled the chain for free; highlighted a potential issue and sold me a genuinely flattering bicycle helmet. I think that deserves heroic status.
