Love this bike shop, bought some parts here for my tires. Very quick service and reasonable prices aswell. They were also very good on the phone. Finally fixed my bike thanks to these guys, will be buying from here soon. Would recommend.

My review is based on the customer service and not the quality of their work. After various different attempt to call and email I eventually made my way to the shop where the shutter was half down. Trying to call several times while I was there, to only realise they have taken the phone of the hook. After a brief knock on the shutter and peering through the vents I was greeted with the simple message. Sorry we’re snowed under try again tomorrow. My issue is as a key working who, only recently, was just able to get the extended lunch break to come down to be turned away. A simple update on Facebook, Their website or answering the phones would have helped. My advice, if your a key worker avoid.

I took a cheap 'BSO' for a bottom bracket repair. The work was completed on time and was very good quality. The bike rides better than it did when I rode it out of Halfords 2.5 years ago. I was even shown the remains of the old broken part, so I could see why it was so bad before. The cost was £45 + £10 for some new grips I wanted, minus a £50 government fix-your-bike voucher, so I only paid £5 in the end. Very happy and would recommend, whether you have a £3000+ superbike or a <£100 Haflords bike! :P

if I could rate this place a zero, I would because they haven’t done anything at all. my chain snapped in half 3 times and they haven’t done anything with it. The only thing they actually did was replace the gear which was bent in such a way. The chain was so badly bent but they could’ve atleast told me they couldn’t fix it. They can’t even be bothered to replace it. This is the 4th time its snapped im seriously going to have a word with them.

Paul is great and has fixed two issues with my new bike bought from Decathlon.

Dont understand why ppl are whinging, they fixed up my cube and got it working to my standard good lads work there seem down to earth

Great service in an emergency situation. The guys at the shop fortunately had a rare bottom bracket that I desperately needed as I was 120km from home and they also managed to fit it at short notice. All for a great price. Absolute saviors IMHO. Thanx
