Excellent 5 star service.
After many local dealers were unable to help & were only interested in warranty work, Ian the store manager couldn't help enough. Excellent communication throughout, staff very polite & helpful, Craig the workshop technician rang me & talked through the repair, again extremely helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone, whether buying a new bike, a repair or anything bike related. Just wish all shops were like this. Thanks again guy's....see you again soon

I bought a Specialized vado sl4 bike 3.12.21 from the Chester store. One month and 3 rides later the battery would not charge. Returned to store 4.1.22.Over the next month 5 x 45 miles frustrating return trips (£35 petrol) for what was described as 'water in electrics '.Since collection on 5th February no further problem but still don't understand how.Has made me aware of vulnerable points like the loose push-on cover for the battery charging point. Then quite separately on 14th April I was prompted to update the Mission Control Computer. This has to be done at the store or approved appropriate bike shop.Because of distance /change of car I cannot do this. There is no other option-I thought this was 2022?!?I raised both issues with the Specialized Support but soon realised that they didn't understand the definition of 'support '.As for bike,it does have good power for hill/wind but the noisy motor and freewheel hub prevent any chance of a peaceful ride.
There are other options out there,but sadly too late for me.

A big thank to Tom , Dave & CJ . Once again you went above and beyond for us .. we bought 2 new bikes & needed them asap .. without fail the lads sorted them for us .. always a pleasure, excellent team .. 100% recommended. 👍👌

Just recently got a Specialized Diverge E5 gravel bike on C2W scheme from here and the process from start to finish was excellent.

First visit was to have alook at bike I wanted and see what size and glad i did as I would just of ordered a size 58 and Alex advised 56.

Got bike yesterday (sorry didnt get the persons name who i dealt with but was very helpful) added some accessories bottle cage water bottle etc. Straight out on it and the quality off the bike compared to my Dawes hybrid is unbelievable.

Was worth the 2 hour round trip from Southport.

Fantastic advice and sizing for my new saddle. Only took a few minutes but really appreciated the knowledge of the staff. I'm in Manchester but definitely worth the travel to this place.

Originally I gave the store 5-stars…no need to go into detail, but my experience went downhill FAST. It’s a real mixed bag with these guys. Depends on who you talk to as to whether you’ll be helped.

Brilliant service from Chris and the team. Flat repaired, batteries charged & upgraded, and useful onwards travel and equipment advice. I might have left that punctured Schrader inner-tube at the store by mistake.. never mind, will pick up a replacement next time I'm in. Cheers!
