Cycle King Dartford

Extremely delighted with the service of Cycle King. The staff is friendly, helpful and charged reasonable for the services. The bike mechanic Jenson did a fabulous job of fitting the pedals at low cost. The Warehouse Clearance sale has best deals I could find around Dartford. Recommended!!!

The staff are tremendously helpful. Great bunch of guys. My bike is my living. Any problems and these guys keep me on the road.
I'm going on a road trip soon from Dartford to Fishguard then on to Ireland.
I booked my bike in for the gears to be serviced before I go.
So a special mention for Gabriel who did a wonderful job tuning them up.
It feels like I'm riding a new bike now and I can't wait to for my epic journey to commence.

I pre called to see if they could help fix my sons bike, they said to bring it down but it would have to be done the next day.

Once I got the Keiron took the time and saw what was wrong straight away, which was truly appreciated. As I came home to a really happy son.

2 great people in the shop is a Man named Alex I think he is the manager he was sooo helpful and made me feel at home and another great fella called Chris who quickly and meticulously looked over my bike to identify any problems he also had a very positive attitude there was even a lady with glasses who was very lovely aswel. Top service !

Great customer service! I have visited Cycle king a few times in recent months and each time the team have been friendly and ready to help - they were also able to resolve issues with my bike on the day, which is brilliant!

Such great service from Cycle king Dartford. Not only did they help select the perfect bike for my 5yr old daughter, they also informed her that the elf's from Santa come to the store! Absolutely magical to see her face. The service from selection to collection was so good from every member of staff. Cannot recommend this store more highly.

I took my son's bike in today Karen was very helpful... great customer service the bike was checked free for me plus the bike gripper I bought from them was fixed as well. Well appreciated. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I would recommend the shop to anyone👌
