EBike Sussex

Richard is a great eBike enthusiast and is extremely knowledgeable. He is exceptionally helpful answering all questions and generally giving good advice as to how to get the best from your bike. The shop provides a really good personal service - nothing is too much trouble. I am so pleased with my purchase which I’m sure will give me years of pleasure.

The service we received when I purchased my bike was great. Lots of time was spent with me testing various styles of E-bikes to ensure I purchased the correct bike for my needs. The lads are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly giving you the confidence that you will be welcome back any time and that no question is a silly question.

Just had our 2nd free service after buying our bikes from E bikes in July 2020. Cannot fault service we always receive and advice given. Richard sent email with video he’d made to help understand the monitor as we only used it for assist control. We can now set it so can see how many miles travelled and overall total . Very easy video to follow. Would def recommend E bikes Sussex for buying and support.

I spent a few weeks looking at eBikes online and visiting local cycle stores in person researching what type of eBike and comparing prices, and having spoken to Richard a few times eBike Sussex are the best, friendly no pressure selling with excellent knowledge and better customer service and cycle aftercare available, so I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Had a lovely chat with the owner who even gave me a complimentary coffee from their Swiss coffee machine! They sell top quality e-bikes and their mechanic is extremely knowledgeable. More like a dealership - you can't browse around the shop but they will take the time to talk and help you find exactly what you need.

I had been prevaricating about which ebike to buy, but finally bought a Raleigh Centros from Richard as a treat to myself for finishing writing the New York Times bestseller The Daughter of Auschwitz. I was hugely impressed with the customer care and after service promised by Richard and his dad Nick. And the bike has lived up to everything I expected. It has the potential to transform my life, and help me to enjoy the rolling landscape of Sussex, while tackling my girth. I hope to convert my wife to ebiking and I know where to go to get her a matching Centros. If you buy my book and a bike from Richard, I'll cycle down to the shop and sign it for you.

Our two Raleigh Motus Grand Tour low step ebikes we bought in October 2020 from ebikes Sussex fit perfectly inside our motorhome. In the first year we have cycled 1600 miles, not found a hill we could not cycle up, from white cliffs of Dover, to Cotswold and even North Devon.
