Fantastic service from the team at Infinity cycles.

Initial advice on recommendations for the right bike to suit my needs, there was no attempt to up sell.

Upgrades and options to change the bike to suit my needs have been great too, lots of options.

Servicing is efficient, friendly and you are kept well informed with useful texts.
Bit of a wait to get booked in,But that indicates how popular they are!

During lockdown, they made click and collect service even better! As I am living locally a team member dropped off shorts for me when passing.

Highly recommend you visit these guys in person and don’t just buy online!

Turns out, when I’ve recommended them to friends, they’ve already bought bikes from them!

This place never let's me down, when all other shops are booked up these always squeeze my bike in even at short notice. Knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond.

Have my bike in for a Rockshox Zeb warranty repair, was told 3 month wait for the repair as its a common problem so there's a waiting list. No bike for 3 months! Told the guys in the shop I'm booked for Fort William in couple weeks to which they said they would lend be a Zeb until my repair is done at no cost!!!!!! What amazing service.

Can't thank the guys enough.

Shops great too, loads of quality bikes and components on sale.

Top bike shop!

Sick guys, I had an appointment for Thursday but weren’t sure if I could get my bike into them in time, dropped it off Monday for them to look at Thursday and they looked at it there and then. Luke dropped everything he were doing to see me straight away, him and his blokes figured out the problem straight away. They put my mind at ease and explained everything that was gonna happen with my bike. Total confidence in these guys. Shop is also cool as owt, gleaming vibes, if you like bikes and you’re from the north of England go here!

Purchased a bike from Infinity cycles. It turned up in the worse state I've ever seen a package (not their fault) . I returned the bike and didn't open it, however, didn't want the same bike back. So, I put a small sticker inside the stem to be able to identify it. Then stood the financial risk to purchase the last one in stock to save time on getting a refund etc and to ensure getting a different bike.

The next bike turned up, it wasn't the last one in stock I had paid for and it was the same bike. I was queried, "how did I know it was the same bike?" (as above). They said it go sent back in "error". Even though the bike went back in "stock" before the next one was sent out to me.

As it turns out the bike was in good condition and I was given a £100 voucher for the problem.

Service was okay, but, to send the same bike back (for all intents and purposes I paid for twice) isn't great.

Took bike to get seized seat post freed and boy was it seized the lads at Infinity tried all the usual tricks but in the end had to physically use a blade and cut down the seat post to remove it, cost was a bit more than I was expecting but offset the cost by fitting a spare seat post they had in workshop that was an unexpected bonus cheers lads.
Great service as usual would highly recommend Infinity for any bike issues

I never knew I needed a bike fit until had a bike fit! - after riding for 10+ years with my saddle way too high thinking 'I knew best' - It is now clear, I do not. Getting the bike fit with Tom is very professional experience from start to finish. It is clear he knows a lot about the art and is willing to talk you through all of the decisions you make together (as I was very interested). Tom creates a really relaxed atmosphere with no time pressure, It felt as if we had all the time in the world to get the setup right. I left with the reassurance that if things weren't right once I got on the road then It is always an option to come back and fix it. However, I do not need to as I now enjoy pain free cycling (and extra watts). Can't recommend this service enough especially with the completive price.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff in both the workshop and the shop itself. Took my bike in for a service, issues that were found were recommended to me before the work was carried out, meaning there were no surprises upon collection of the bike as I’d said I wanted the recommended work done, all finished the same day as I’d booked in, which shows the stock levels in the workshop are second to none.

They have made my bike feel like new, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, they have a great selection of bikes, clothes, cleaning equipment, etc…
