He is knowledgable & passionate about cycling & sells quality products. Ross, offers great servicing & repairs, as well as experienced & helpful advice. We never leave disappointed & recommend him to all our cyclist acquaintances. My husband is highly precious of his bikes & really invests his time & energy into their appearance & maintenance. Cycling to Sussex and gears starting slipping stopped by Ross Cycles and they replaced gear cable in 10 mins and had me on my way, very nice chap too!

On my way back to London after a 3 day mini tour and noticed a slow puncture in the back tyre. Had a tube but lost my CO2 canister somewhere on the trip. Phoned Ross Cycles who were half an hour away and about to close but offered to leave a pump outside for me. The tyre lasted just long enough to get me there and sure enough the pump was ready for me on arrival.
Hugely grateful for that kind of personal service and so impressed with the pump that I bought one.

Excellent service - I was able to book to drop my bike off within 24 hours for significant damage repair.

Staff made me aware of what needed fixing as I handed it in.

Full repair was completed within 3 days with the bespoke parts and the bike as good as new. am a very happy customer.

I crashed on route to Brighton leaving my bike pretty unusable. After the 2 mile walk to Ross Cycles (without a booking), they really helped me out when I was in a pinch. Much appreciated. Would recommend to any and all!

I needed a new tyre and tube for my bike and Ross cycles had several in stock .
I was offered a budget tyre or a top of the range pirelli
I was grateful to have had a choice and very pleased with the pirelli now fitted to my bicycle.
