Definitely recommended. I have used these guys many times and I am a very happy customer.

I have bought a bike from there. It was a good bike for a good price and they serviced for free if any issues came up within the first month.

I had another bike needing a service. This was also carried out to a high standard.

I also needed a rim replacement. They ordered, fitted and serviced.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Never had a negative experience.

If anyone needs a service or thinking of a new bike, try these guys.

I think they also take new bikes and refurb

Really helpful staff, a great local way to both "Recycle your cycle" or pick up a great second hand bargain. We have bought two stunning bikes from here. Thoroughly recommend a visit. JW.

Lockdown times = more exercising and decided to buy a folding bike but reasonable cost hence visit to Back2Bikes after emailing them to which Michael replied he had one folding bike, short road test later, loved it, bought it! The friendly lads even fitted me a bell on my new purchase. Highly recommend for choices, prices and they sell small accessories too.

This is a great Charity - I had two old mountain bikes, that weren't worth selling and too good for the skip. This place with repair / refurbish, then sell them to help provide people with skills etc. A great idea. If you need a bike, go here. Or, if you have some old bikes - donate.

Super helpful! I bought a bike online and the gears weren’t shifting. My bike knowledge is terrible and I really needed someone more knowledgable to help. They even tightened up some loose screws for me. It was a simple fix but they talked me through what to do if it happens again.

After undertaking my own bicycle rescue renovation I had unwanted spares. The good samaritan in me thought, I should donate the unwanted surplus parts (All in good working order) to "Back 2 Bikes"... A quick courtesy call to acknowledge my free delivery of re-useable rims, rear cassettes, was met with attitude as if I was wasting his time.... A brand new 20" wheel (un-used) and two 26" QR alluminium rims... He couldn't dump me and end the phone call fast enough..!!! I was going to donate the now £300+ renovated rigid frame chro-moly all singing, all dancing bicycle that was my project.. But now the owner of "Back 2 Bycycles" (Stafford)... Can kiss my ar**!!!!
I ressurect 20 bicycles a year as a hobby. Well first impressions last... I won't be donating any other surplus to this clown.. I live 5 minutes from Stafford tip.

Told by Halfords my bike wasn't worth fixing due to how much is likely damaged and that I should take care buying second hand from people and they are sorry for the bad news

Brought it here and reckon it only needs 1 part that needs changing considering the use it will get and quoted £25 to do the work.

Update: all sorted for £25. Gave me honest advice saying that if I was doing hard trails it may need more looking at but for what I need which is following a toddler around this week be fine. And to come see them in the future if it needs anything else is my riding habits change

I was quoted £200 to get my bike fixed from another shop so I took it to back 2 bikes and they sorted it for £40. They were also full of useful help and advice. Would highly recommend.
