Cyclefix (Christchurch)

Took my little girls bike here Hal an hour ago and Kieron fixed it in no time. Very approachable man, very knowledgeable and he just really wanted to help. Great customer service team Cyclefix!

Excellent customer service and very fair prices! Just popped in needing a little spare part - fitted immediately for free and charged me next to nothing for the part! I'll be back with more bikes 😀👌

I popped into the shop this morning as I had an issue with my rear hydraulic brake. Graham (I think ? )bled the brake and chatted to me whilst sorting my bike out. He did it immediately and without question. Excellent excellent service. I will get bike serviced there and spread the word. Thank you very much👍👍

WARNING!!!!!

Beware when using this new shop as it is not like the previous owners who were amazing and genuinely cared for its customers.

I have never been treated as bad as this in my life, terrible customer services and very rude!

I arranged for my bike to be serviced two weeks ago and had it booked for the 17/8/2022, I work at the hospital so need my bike daily.

I dropped my bike at 8.30am on the 17/8/22 and was told sorry can't do today as busy(even tho it was booked in two weeks ago).

2 days pass with no contact and needing my bike today for work I called in but no answer for 20mins.

Finally get through and Im told 'haven't even looked at it yet'

No apology from the shop at that time and was told if I post about my experience it will be reported as defamation!!!

All I was offered was labour cost taking off if I go back.

There are a number of shops I would recommend before this shop now.

I originally purchased my bikes from the previous owners with no issue but definitely do not recommend cyclefix if you need good service.

If you want a good quality service I would definitely not go here.

Took my ebike here for a service - Really pleased, all issues sorted and clean when I picked it up. Very quick turnaround too. Thanks!

Phoned the shop before bringing my bike in for repair. Ciaran is very polite and helpful and carried out the repair without any issues.
Had to cycle from Mudeford, there is a cycle shop closer but it has a very rude owner/assistant.
I will be using Cyclefix for my bike repairs in future.

Very welcoming and friendly staff.
