Stratstone BMW Derby

It was a really good experience buying a car here. I placed the order online on Saturday and the sales specialist Matt got in contact with me immediately on Sunday morning. We went through all processes in three days, which is very efficient, and I collected my car on Wednesday. The car was cared to a really good level. Matt is young and passionate, always keeps me updated. The buying, trading in process were very smooth with the help of Matt, I am very grateful of the effort he made.

Bought my first BMW and picked it up yesterday. Fantastic customer service from Matt Lee-Shevloff from start to finish. No pressure sales pitch, no bull, just honest, friendly communication throughout. Always happy to respond to my emails and answer any queries I had. Gone above and beyond to make the experience stress free and enjoyable. Nothing has been too much trouble and by far the best experience we’ve received from a main dealership to date. Will definitely look to come back in the future. Matt is definitely a credit to BMW and will go far with his professionalism and friendly personality.

I really cannot rate Stratstone BMW Derby highly enough. I’ve just picked up my new 2 Series 220i M Sport and thanks to the brilliant Al Prior, the whole process has been a pleasure.

Nothing was too much trouble for Al and he went above and beyond in terms of customer service and giving that extra guidance when needed. He kept me informed throughout as to the status of the process, which really helped as I work long hours.

In fact, I would go so far as to recommend that if you are looking to purchase a BMW or are visiting this dealership, you should ask for him by name.

Picked up my car from Stratstone Derby this week. Great experience throughout. BIG shout out to Alan P who helped me every step of the way; making it a seamless experience which is especially important with me coming from 150 miles away! Also helped sort out all the little things I wanted that was the icing on the cakes when buying a new car. Showroom staff also incredibly polite, helpful and welcoming.

What an awesome experience. I was sceptical about buying a car that I hadn’t seen due to living in Newcastle but your sales executive Chris Langham made sure this was a seamless purchase. Everything was perfect from the quotation for trading in 2 cars to the cost of the new car, the logistical issue where he arranged delivery with 2 guys to take 2 cars back to derby and the overall communication which was fantastic.
