Excellent service from Ryan and Lewis. Car was delayed,through no fault of the dealer, but I was kept up to date continually. Handover was relaxed and seamless even got courtesy call day after to make sure all was good. 200 miles away but well worth it. Plus the car is amazing.

I’m not one for writing reviews unless they are deserved and the whole team at Lookers BMW Crewe deserve some recognition. I recently bought a brand-new BMW through Andrew Lloyd and Ryan, I can honestly say the experience was amazing from start to finish. Their professionalism, product knowledge was second to none, they offered genuine product advice and just wanted to help me from the start of the process. The dealerships locally to me on the south coast could all learn from them on how to deal with customers and importantly sell cars. It was well worth the 240 mile each way trip and one I’ll be sure to make again for my next one and thank you Andy for the curry house recommendation.

Dan from Lookers BMW in Crewe was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. I will be recommending him to friends and colleagues in the future. Dan followed up with a call a few days after delivery to make sure everything was in order.

It's disappointing when you have to drop your rating from 5 to 1 star, particularly when the sales team did such an excellent job but have been completely let down by their colleagues in the service team.
After the failure of the original door seals lead to the floodng of the rear footwell of my vehicle, 2019 M135i. The vehicle spent several days at Bluebell BMW for warranty replacement door and sunroof seals to be fitted. After collecting the vehicle on the Friday 17th June evening I inspected the workmanship the following day to find what can only be described as a level of incompetence like nothing I have seen before. The vehicle had oily footprints where the technicians had stood in the door sills to fit the sunroof seal, not the end of the world I agree. The bigger issue was the compete lack of preparation prior to fitting the new seals, I am now left with a vehicle that has seals hanging off and a cabin which is exposed to wind and rain. I have contacted the dealership in person and by email with no response, I also contacted their sister dealership Knights North Staffs who assured me they would resolve the issue but they have also neglected to contact me. The issue is now with BMW UK, I hope for a speedy resolution .

I cannot recommend the team at Lookers BMW Crewe highly enough - and in particular, Sam Bell, the Sales Executive I dealt with, who was knowledgeable, responsive and conscientious - and Tom Vickers who was extremely efficient and helpful too. Both were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
It was reassuring and much appreciated dealing with automotive industry professionals who ensured that my car purchase was an easy and enjoyable experience!

Came to look at my dream car today after Tim (Sales manager) called me straight back after my initial enquiry. Got to site and the car was ready and waiting for me. I dealt with Rob McLeod who looked after my family and I incredibly well. The guys were swamped with phone enquiries, customers and handovers but that didn’t detract from the level of service they provided. I ended up driving the car home the same day and I’m still smiling now. What an amazing experience. I couldn’t be happier. The car is also in fantastic condition and I’m very fussy!

Purchased a 540i today and the experience was by far the best car buying encounter ever. It was quick , simple and courteous. The sales executive Rob Lester delivered on all aspects of the sale as initially promised.
Overall a wonderful buying transaction, and a refreshing change from previous Jaguar and Honda disappointments.
Very well done Bluebell Crewe.
I shall definitely be a repeat customer.
