I went on a Sunday but there didn't seem to be too much staff around. Expressed interest in one car, one of the consultants took my information down and said his colleague would be in touch as he was going on leave, but never heard back from anyone. Whilst investigating on the website I found that different Mini showrooms offer different PCP finance rates and the highest seem to be in London. Also I noticed that similar model vehicles tend to be slightly cheaper in Mini showrooms outside of London

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Superb customer service from Rhiannon Williams going beyond what's required to make me feel welcome and having my 21 year old E46 Convertible looked after.
Thanks to technician Jason Courage for an outstanding video report on the condition of my car and a great job done. So professional, allowing me to make informed judgement calls on where I need to spend money on my BMW.
I will certainly be back next and add a few more items to the list of extras to sort in an ageing classic to be.
Highly recommended even if you have an older car like me, and value for money.

First time buying a used car from this particular BMW dealer.
The whole experience was extremely enjoyable and most importantly, stress free.
They were able to offer me an acceptable part / exchange price on my old car, which enabled me to purchase the the car I really wanted.
Waiting for it whilst they sort out a few things out, but no doubt I'll receive a car up to the usual standards of BMW Approved Used stock.

I have just agreed to purchase my beautiful BMW X2, I have to say the service, support so far has been amazing and a special thank you to George for doing an amazing job with his knowledge, making the effort to send 2 videos across to me and answering all my questions. I live 3 hours away so could not see the car physically but I am 100% confident in the condition of the car and am exciting about picking up my new toy soon! The showroom is very well maintained staff are friendly and welcoming not to pushes I can't stand that.
I can say from my experience Steven my sale associate I can't fault him, he explained everything. He was brilliant he explained everything step-by-step.
The nearly new car are going like hot bread due to diesel charge area expanding.
Hot and cold beverages on site.
Toilets are clean and tidy.
Worth a brows if you're in the area.

Walked in with intentions to buy a new car and was helped by Darryl who ran me through the different options for my budget. We took one for a test drive and he explained different ranges and where my money would be best spent. Walked away after paying a deposit and picking up my new car next week. Overall a faultless and very comfortable experience

I experienced Customer service at its very best today by Karen in the BMW service team. i had recently had a minor claim approved and i went in to Croydon Berry to book this in. I was greeted warmly by Karen, she inspected the minor damaged (it was a scratch) and just got one of her team to resolved the issue within 30mins. No need to proceed with the claim and it was all completed in good will. Thanks again Karen
