Very tidy and well organised showroom as I would expect. Liam the salesman was enthusiastic and helpful and spent much time at the handover of my new R1250RS. There was a slight communication issue with accessories resulting in a delay with the panniers which are now in stock but this has been quickly resolved by Ross and I look forward to collecting them when next in the area. A superb bike, thanks.

I bought a car just over four weeks ago. Sales team were ok. Pleasant enough but nothing special. They insisted I came to the showroom on days when it was convenient for them (not me) and then asked me to give them a 10/10 review!
I now have a few issues with the car but they just don't answer the phone and I mean never! I can't understand how they operate efficiently like that. I left messages and, in fairness was eventually called back, but after teling me they would need the car for "at least" a day they informed me that they don't provide courtesy cars as they "can't get them"!! Instead I was offered the phone number for Enterprise where I could rent a car at my expense. Can someone remind me whether BMW is a premium brand? It doesn't feel that way at Arden.

First of all, could not book an MOT without physically go in. Left message on answerphone and did not get a call back. Had to wait a week before driving my car. Checked in online and then had to queue for 15 minutes or so to drop the key off. Picked up the car and had developed an obvious new suspension fault (weird creaking noise) felt disconnected. Refused to investigate without paying £132. Car was not washed. Overall very disappointed, will not be going back.

Booked 6000mile service about 6 weeks ago for 10am Wednesday and everything went like clockwork today, even the sun shone. Even managed to fit in recall work which I was unaware of, all in under 2.5 hours. Helpful and friendly staff all kept me in the loop, and coffee machine working well. Excellent customer experience. Lots of staff changes at Arden recently, but I have had no problems with the new boys who are all well focused on looking after the customers.
A special word for the expertise shown by the workshop crew, well done.

Today i had taken my car in for an end off warranty check what a waste off time apparently nothing is covered by the warranty ( what a surprise) not even leaking seals according to this delaship it's normal for the inside off your car to get wet when it rains! Apparently it's normal for paint to flake off you trim?
End off warranty check what a joke they did not even take the car out for a drive so it was not fully checked it was only in there for about 40 minutes so not sure how you can class it as a check!
Be warned they will sell you a car but don't expect them to fix it if it breaks!

The car servicing department delivered first class service to me today. Our family car was in for an EGR cooler change under warranty. Stephen Brand handled my appointment from start to finish. Excellent service from him! I had this work booked in for some weeks to get it done prior to my wife giving birth to our first child. Life being what it is, he came two weeks early. I kept the appointment as we have all been recovering at the Pembury Hospital in Tunbridge Wells, just 5 minutes away. There was a possibility that the car may require an overnight stay with the mechanics due to the complexity of the job. Stephen informed me of this, but was aware that today was a possible return home day for my new family. He & the mechanics handled my appointment with care, professionalism & efficiency. I dropped it off at 0730 this morning & by 1030 I was told the car was ready with the work completed. Truly excellent work! After a particularity harrowing time Stephen & the team made our lives easier. The car was returned to me, as I left it, with the enhancements carried out. Thank you. We are extremely grateful to you.

My experience with Steve and the servicing team at Arden can only be described as outstanding. My car suddenly refused to switch between driving modes. As I was heading to Arden on another issue, I saw Steve when I arrived in the service department. Without hesitation, he took it upon himself to ensure the car was repaired within 24 hours, managing to obtain a control module, of which there were only two in the UK, and have it fitted by 10 am the following day. There was a particular urgency as my warranty expired the day I took the car in (although I have now extended my AUTOGUARD warranty as they have also been superb).

So Steve, the service team and my warranty provider have all been exceptional. On top of that, Steve is a thoroughly good guy and will always go the extra mile for his customers. Well done and thank you.

Nadia Burton was an excellent saleswomen!

Hi all! I just want to take a moment and share my experiences at Arden Bmw in Tunbridge wells, definitely a 5 stars.
I am a client with BMW from 2017 and I must say the processes of buying, exchanging previous vehicles, these were very smooth from beginning to end. But to be more specifically, I would like to give a high praise to Nadia Burton.
Not only she was extremely helpful and genuine, but also a true professional looking after her clients and trying to find the best deals. Her knowledge and experience in auto sales, as well as her sense of humour, was far superior to other car dealers that I have encountered in other local dealerships. Her approach was relaxed and extremely friendly and there was no pressure from her at all. After doing my research I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me and Nadia, together with James, they found a way to work in my favour and in my budget.
Overall, I can only praise Nadia and James for their approach and good deals.
So thank you Nadia and thank you James. The best sales people!!!
