Absolutely fantastic service. I dealt with Scott and James, and they were superb. I went in on the Saturday for my test drive, and I was driving it away by Wednesday. They explained everything in easy to use terms, and it never felt pressured at all. They were incredibly helpful, and were always available whenever I had any questions. Their laid back approach was refreshing to say the least.

Had a service done here and from booking to checking in was fantastic service. The young lady on reception was very welcoming and the lady booking me in was extremely pleasant. There was an issue with the mobiliser but that was my fault which was resolved. On collecting the car it was again great service all the staff including the technicians smiling and I was dealt with quickly and as I would like to think I would deal with people. All in all great service and a pleasure to take my car there. I will be back for sure thank you all on reception and service you are a credit to the business.

Excellent overall service, very good communication at all times. Car collected and delivered back home with friendly driver, all mechanical work carried out with detailed attached paperwork and confirmed over the phone. Fully cleaned inside and out “brilliant”

Never used them before but I've just been today for a vehicle MOT and some other bits and bobs. No upselling, just did everything I asked for and did it well. The fact that a car is having an MOT is seen by some garages as an invitation to make money as you are at their mercy if they find a fault (or even if they don't in some cases). Every, and I mean EVERY member of staff I spoke to was friendly and welcoming. I will certainty be going back there in the future for service or repairs. Couldn't ask for more from a dealer. I am both very pleased and very impressed.

Andrew Holden literally is a god send.
Andrew is just a phone call away. I don't know what I would do without Andrew, such a massive credit to Bowker, if I could give Andrew Holden 10 stars or more, I really would. What can I say? Avoid avoid avoid! Drove from Manchester for a simple oil change and micro filter but next day found out that the engine cover was not placed correctly on a 71 plate car and burning smell coming from the engine.

Very poor service, lack of professionalism and totally amateur outfit. A total lack of knowledge and expertise means they make it up as they go along. Will be posting a full run down of my experience shortly. Would not recommend to anyone. If anything would recommend people stay away and take your business elsewhere.
