Liked: Great location with easy access to London. The site is pleasant and well laid out with a variety of pitches for tents, campervans and lodges.
Good site security with barrier and codes required to get out and in.
A very frequent bus service to the nearest Underground station runs from just outside the site. Perfect for day trips into London.
Staff throughout the site were very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: We were quite close to the main. Road which is very busy, so traffic can be heard.
Had to do a quick litter sweep before pitching the tent, only small pieces of litter but still had to make it cleaner.
There are 2 shower blocks one of which could do with some tlc but the other one is larger and in great condition.

Liked: Very nice cabin under trees, which was perfect with the hot weather (30+). Small but all was there for a 3 night stay.
Busstop to head for the city just at the doorstep was great.
Very friendly, helpful staff at reception annex little shop.
Direct access to area for a walk / cycling allong Reservoir / river Lee.
Lots of cultural / sports / nature activities in closeby area.

Disliked: Bed was okay-ish, but matress was a little thin for people of my size

Liked: We used this site to visit our Son who lives in Walthamstow and we had to work remotely from our camper during the day, good wifi, the G's drop in and out 3/4/5G maybe due to the storm at the time? it was a Quite Site, Pleasant Staff, hot showers. Level Pitches, The laundry room and washing up area was great good machines clean tidy spacious. We didn't have the need to use them but the child's play park looked fantastic new clean and tidy and the static homes and area was smart. Nice woodland walk although I didn't venture too far. The wooden lodges also looked lovely. lots of wildlife rabbits squirrels birds, Also a regular bus service with bus stop right on site if you needed it. Basic Shop with a small selection of goods they sold cider wine and chocolate so that helped and You can get deliveroo etc just meet them at the barrier.

Disliked: Where we were situated on our hard standing pitch was like a junk yard, Debris everywhere and wood scattered about even 1 piece that had a big nail sticking out. an old abandoned caravan was situated next door. The showers and toilets blocks were very small and cramped and dated and had dirty scruffy corners. Don't stay in the shower too long when dark the lights go off! The shop did not have any meats veg fruit etc although you can get eggs but no bacon, part frozen bread, red wine that's kept in the fridge and some staple tinned foods.

Liked: It was a great site and our pitch was great. The showers and toilets were very clean and we saw plenty of cleaners on our one night stay. Would recommend others here nice and local but in a nice area

Disliked: Didn’t think that the shop was very well equipped for the size of the site. We needed a bottle opener but there wasn’t any and they didn’t have one that we could borrow so was very disappointed. If you was to have more things in your shop I think it would be a great success.

Liked: Lovely quite site, with great play park and sandpit for the children. Helpful and friendly staff. The bus that came to the site was fantastic for our needs of getting to the tube station for exploring London. Would definitely recommend and do it again ourselves

Disliked: Only thing we did find was the shop on site wasn't very well stocked for what I would class as essentials...like bread?

Liked: - Great location, easy to get into Central London in less than an hour with a bus stop right outside the site and underground/overground links.
- Clean facilities, although a little dated there are hot showers and lots of toilets available. Close to tent pitches too
-Fire-pits allowed which is great for an autumn stay
-Although we didn't use it there was a small shop on site as well as a laundry area

Disliked: - Not a major problem but toilet and shower facilities were being cleaned in the morning and therefore closed whilst people wanted to get ready
-Very noisy big group one night of our stay, we barely slept that night and they were playing music until gone 5am! Aside from that group though we had a peaceful stay

I actually added an extra day to my stay here. The campsite is very well organised and clean. Parking is excellent throughout and right outside my cabin. All facilities are close by and I stayed with my dog. Everything you need is catered for and staff are very friendly and kind. It's so peaceful and quiet and my dog and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'd definitely come again. My only criticism is that although spiders are to be expected as it's woodland area, more thorough cleaning and maintenance needs to be done to stop them from being such a problem to the buildings and campers both inside and out.

Liked: Wi Fi available on the pitches! Fully serviced pitches with good spacing. Well laid out site great for exploring. Handy bus terminus on site. Clean facilities. Plenty of wild life. Well lit. Site is kept clean. Helpful staff. Definitely my Go To site for North London. Been twice & will go back again.

Disliked: I've stayed here twice & am hoping that the site gets an overhaul this year. The grounds are feeling weather beaten & could do with landscaping & the toilet/ shower blocks could do with an overhaul.
