Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Bishop's Stortford

Excellent Customer service specially from the branch manager Sarah. Went out of her way to ensure my car was there on time for my arrival at Stansted airport. Cars are handed over properly with procedures explained and major marks identified even though it was pouring down with rain!! Having used a variety of rental companies over the years for work I would go back to Enterprise as service from this and other branches have been outstanding. They dont pick on small little scratches minor kerbing. The also have a good range of cars. P.s they just down the road from Stansted airport branch and you can save yourself the extra premium location cost! Thank you!!

Jake at this site is an absolute credit to Enterprise. This is by far the best experience of them I have ever had and Jake was responsible for both pick up and drop off. Was referred to these guys through BMW for a courtesy car. Couldn’t provide a car within n time frame. This was then escalated (without my knowledge) to get a car. Enterprise was informed continuously I only have a automatic licence due to disabilities and when they finally sourced a car it was manual. The guy in the office was rude and nonchalant and really did not care at all!

Great staff and very helpful. They kept in touch as I was driving 500 miles to get to the branch and waited passed the close time to enable me to pick up the vehicle I rented. Super!!

I was so impressed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Bishops Stortford. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and would be the main reason I would recommend renting from here. Unfortunately our flight was slightly delayed and the office should have shut at 5pm, fortunately Jeffrey and his colleague contacted me and stayed until we arrived to collect our rental. This saved us so much trouble and we were really grateful. The collection procedure was quick, easy and uncomplicated. The van, a long wheel based transit, was clean, comfortable, economical and a pleasure to drive.
The drop off procedure was also made very simple by Jake who had contacted us the day before to ensure we knew when they closed.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Bishops Stortford especially because of the staff I dealt with but also the quality of my rental vehicle.

Nice staff. Clean cars. Unreliable shuttle service. Waited 52 minutes for a connection. Couldn’t check my bag in and so missed my flight. Do not use.

Awful, dishonest staff who try every trick to con you. There are plenty more car rental companies right next to this one. Avoid at all costs.
