My Autistic Daughter loves this place. I seen more enjoyment in her face from a £10 car wash than I seen from all her Birthday Prezzies.

Very pleased with the interior cleaning of my car and also the carwash. Very good service for the price. Would recommend.

Absolutely rubbish job. The guy couldn't be bothered. He gave a really quick once over the wheels and grill. He took less than a minute to 'clean' the windscreen and I use that term loosely. There were still dead insects on the grill and dirt on the wheels. What a waste of £12!

never again took paint of bumper with jet wash wont sort damage out poor never again will put on facebook warning people car was shakeing with jet wash to close keep away guys 20 plate car shocking did give them a chance to sort it stay away

Very disappointing service. On two occasions I paid £25 for the car to be cleaned inside and out. When I returned, the car was covered in water marks and they had forgotten to do the tyre dressing. I had to remind them to do it. There was still mud all over the floormats and I had to ask them again to clean it. There were stains on the seats that weren't there when I dropped the car off. The first time I went there, the windscreen was poorly cleaned and then whenever I drove the car at night or when it was sunny, it was possible to see through it. The second time I used this service I informed them about the windscreen, but it didn't improve.

Excellent service and great wash

Rude and unprofessional staff.
On the day I used this service their card machine had broken, one of the staff walked down the line of cars to inform us that it was cash only that day and ask us to reverse back to allow the car in front to leave because they had no cash. I didn't see a problem with letting the car in front leave so myself and the 3 cars behind me reversed, then the car in front reversed, then the next car in front reversed, this keep going until the car all the way at the front of a narrow slip way to the car wash reversed back into a busy petrol station to leave. To add to this, one of the cars was having difficulty reversing back out the slip way, so the attendant got into her car a reverse it back for her... during the lockdown... with no mask or gloves.
Once I got to the front I asked the attendant when the card machine broke and he told me that day. So I asked him if it wouldn't have been a better idea to give them a free wash as it wasn't their fault and it would have avoided the entire incident, he started shouting that it was cheeky to say that, it comes out of his pocket and asked if I would have paid for them, to which I replied "yes", if it would have saved putting all those customers out and avoided driving someone's car during lockdown, yes I would have. He could have put them through on the cheapest wash which is £3!
He continued to moan as he went round cleaning my car, shouting things like "There's always one", well that was until he spoke to the lady behind me, then he shouted "That's what he said".
Very, very poor decision making from the attendant.
