Lovely quaint historical location. Gardens are superb, what hard work has been put into the gardening. Truly stunning.

The staff team are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Also this place is clearly very well-maintained.. very picturesque. Highly recommended.

A really relaxing garden. Not many flower beds but they do have a lovely orangery and meerkats!

Disappointed that we could not tour the Castle despite the website showing it was open to public. Not a great experience at all. Suggest remove the Castle off the internet sites as a public touring place. Not good at all so no stars from me! Even the one is a default.

Look for on googlemaps "castle ashby gardens" that is the car park you use and start your visit. Beautiful place quiet, plenty of walking, the menagerie is small but is nice to see, nice tea area to have a coffee and relax.
