Very good experience today with a lady called Victoria at the Cambridge branch. She was very patient with all the stuff I had to trade in and excellent customer service all round. I’ve been using this store for over 8 years now and I’ve never once had an issue. 10/10! Thank you

If you are looking for something here you can really find a wide choice of a bit of everything. Good prices for xbox games. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This shop and the entire chain I imagine do not give you a particularly good price for goods. In addition the priceless so far is expensive so I would assert that this company make a lot of money off the back of people needing to sell things in a hurry and indeed buy things, When maybe they couldn't afford to buy new for example.

I have bought in many CeX branches in the past. This one in Cambridge will be the worst I will rank for customer service. The DVDs we bought had finger prints and I asked the guy in counter to clean it and he first said they will work and then argued those were my finger prints. Will avoid buying from here next and go Letchworth CeX who has got better customer service. The staff was generally rude with a squeezed space for paying in counters..

Didn't really like this cex. 2 floors but this have discs on the shelfs that they can't find AGAIN!!!!+ Just like the last time I was not very happy. Lazy springs to mind.....

I was very unimpressed with the service. My son brought vr set in there with a 24 month warranty which is useless. It's been faulty since he brought it. He went in and asked for help which was refused. Not even asked if they could try and help with the fault or offer a repair. Then carried on talking about me behind the counter which in itself was very rude. Staff need to learn customer service. Especially when a child has purchased something worth a few hundred pounds. Heartbreaking to see my son so disappointed and nothing I could do. This was at the Cambridge store
