EE

Staff not professional and customer service over the phone appalling hangs up abruptly with no thank you, direct answers given to complaints and questions.

However the store service was ok and some covid screens but slowly moving these away.

I 100% wouldn’t be with EE if it didn’t have its better online support 150 and app guys which is where the magic happens.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in ealing store , I lost my SIM card and I went to store to get a new one the manager there ask me to bring ID
Then he didn't accept because he can't scan it .3 time to go and back to bring him ID ( uk risedent card , valid passport) and he didn't accept it ,and he said he can't help me and ask me to
speak with the customer service, i need my Sim cad for work. I used my phone for work .
I don't know why you hire people unprofessional and pay them money , just close your store.
I am not happy at all . This last time I used EE.

3 days of Black screen of death. Trying to get through to the Customer Service to no avail. Mitten from Wales sorted me out. Unable to backup data afraid of loss. Well done mittens excellent job.

Went this morning to up grade phone. Have been ee customer over 10years.
Assistant told us there was no WiFi in shop so wouldn't be able to transfer Showed me only one phone nothing like what I asked for. Then said we would have to pay £50 up front. I got the impression he couldn't be bothered. Will never go there again.

I had a good experience here. I am not local so I needed a couple of pay as you go sim cards. The staff were really friendly and I was in and out of the store really quickly. I'd recommend this place!

Excellent service, going beyond what was expected, great customer service provided by the manager in the store today!

Friendly staff but sim prices are a bit on the high side. EE should be more price competitive.

Fahad helped me upgrade, he was quick and efficient at explaining everything we needed to know, was in and out in maybe 20 minutes which is great I normally find phone shops very stressful but not this time! Hopes he’s there when I next upgrade
