Just wanted to report on my recent experience at the above citroen dealership in Norwich.
Firstly I found the salesman Sam very courteous and professional. Everything was explained step by step whilst filling out the paperwork prior to purchasing my van.
Well worth a visit and will be returning for follow up servicing..Well done Morgan Duff.

Spent an hour trying to get through to service on the phone today and yesterday, only way to get through was via parts department who put me on hold and transferred my call. They ignored my online request for a service, didn't bother trying to find it.

They want £138 to diagnose why our 2 keys lost their programming when we changed the batteries. Not fix, just diagnose. They want a separate £138 to diagnose why the internal manual light switches don't control the lights. Those are both minimum fees and if it takes longer they charge extra. They then want to give us a quote to fix those issues on top.

Living on a different planet. Terrible service for a new customer.

Although we were not buying a Citroen from Duff Morgan, but a different make, we were very impressed with the salesman Samuel Green who had a thorough knowledge of the car and was very patient while he showed me how it worked and courageously accompanied me on a test drive. I always hesitate before buying a new car because I am always so lacking in confidence changing cars, (I am a 67 year old woman) but Samuel was very reassuring without being pushy so 10/10 - he is a real credit to Duff Morgan - thank you. It is always worth checking our their website because they usually have a few other car makes in stock as well as being the Citroen dealers in Norwich.

If I could give Duff Morgan no stars for this review, it would still be far too many stars. What an utterly disgraceful, miserable experience I’ve had dealing with them. How can anyone run such a shambolic business these days? As part of a huge nationwide franchise, I’ll be recommending that our entire network ditches their fleet of Citroen vans, purely as a result of the service I’ve received from Duff Morgan recently. Honestly, I’m livid with the empty promises, total lack of communication, & a complete inability to diagnose & fix an ongoing problem. I expect so much more from the city’s main Citroen Dealership, & the city certainly deserves better from them.

Arranged a test drive at this dealership, for the wonderful sales manager to overrule it and deny it.

No reasoning just 'I've been overruled sorry'

After purchasing CUPRA's and SEATS from the Duff Morgan Group, I shall get my cars serviced and purchase from elsewhere from now.

Good dealership with car sales parts and servicing, plenty of friendly helpful staff.

Took a long time to get an appointment, they had our car for 2 weeks , we had hoped they had a minute to have a quick look.
All sorted in the end and they delivered a perfect car to our home.
