Charters Citroen of Aldershot

I brought my car back in November 2018 from Dan. I told them specifically what my budget was and that I couldn’t go over it. They found me my Citroen C1 at a great price. The whole experience was great, nothing was too much hassle. I spent about 4 hours there test driving, asking questions & per exchanging my old car. The whole process was extremely smooth & professional. I’ve also got peace of mind with having 1 year warranty and when my MOT is due they will cover any mechanical faults should there be any. I would defo recommend this place.

My husband and I spent a few week researching cars online and visiting quite a number of dealers. Charters were absolutely top rate, they listened to our requirements, wouldn't put us in a car that wasn't right. They were also very patient when we couldn't make up our mind.

Dan was particularly helpful and lovely to deal with.

We would highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

I was very pleased their Service Department resolved the problem with my vehicle so quickly after another Citroen garage had let me down. I will be using them in future.

Vehicle went in as it wouldn’t start
Came out with damage to the exterior and damage to the interior
After denying the damage to my vehicle, pictures were shown of the vehicle in their car park (without damage)
Sent the vehicle back with cables handing over the brake pedal!!!

No one should have their vehicle treated like this

Great friendly customer service. Sales staff really listen to what you want when buying a new car. I have never felt pressurized into setting for a car I didn't want or couldn't afford. Staff very helpful and informative, always felt that I could approach the staff with any concerns I had. First class service.

I've just bought a nearly new car from Charters and the customer service from beginning to end has been superb. The fact the transaction occurred during a pandemic makes it even better. Very professional. Very friendly. Would strongly recommend.
