Eaten here on several occasions and always had a great meal. Always a friendly greeting and good service. Portions are good sizes, can comfortably enjoy 3 courses. Nice simple menu with a changing specials board on each visit. Highly recommended.

An absolutely delightful place with an excellent menu and staff. Many good food and drink choices, but at the end of a long day, went with the trusted fish and chips and it did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing considering the previous reviews. 2 pizzas took 40 mins to come out. Prosecco was virtually flat. Could do better.

Be aware that the Sunday lunch menu on the website bears no relation to the very limited menu actually offered. Rather disappointing and no dairy free options either. What we had was acceptable but not what we expected to have.

Despite living only a village away, this was our first visit in many years. We were blown away by the atmosphere, friendly staff, and superb food and drinks.

We'll definitely be back!

Went for Sunday lunch today. Food was nice but one carrot, one parsnip and a small dish of cauliflower cheese isn't the veg I'd expect on a Sunday lunch. No greens and no other veg.

Brilliant place with exceptional food. Came on holiday and found this place on the doggie pubs android app. After first visit we didn't bother going elsewhere as it was so good. Nice relaxing pub with friendly, efficient staff, good beer and amazing food that's not overly expensive. Looked after our dog with water and treats too. Recommended.

Just perfect. The staff, food and atmosphere. The Sunday dinners are something else 😋. We love it.
