Out of all the tk max this particular store has the worst customer service. The maids are extremely unfriendly even after paying a few hundred pounds I didn't see a smile or a thank you. I give a star only for the items I bought that I was satisfied with. I suggest the employer to provide some training for employees. The satisfaction of its customers also depends on good service.

Overall you can still find good prices for clothing and other products, and still there is so much to improve when it comes to stock and services for this store. There are a few things that really need to be addressed, the belts in men’s accessories, not well thought about I was just wondering in the store whose idea was to stuck the belts that you needed to take all the row to try your fit, or change the layout around the store in men’s section and mix many things around, or put in sales section usual clothes with typical prices…
Well at least staff and customer services were great!

I want to commend the Security man on duty at the entrance to the store (sunday 13/11/23 11:30am) a store with indifferent and frankly disengaged customer support. I would have been left standing for half an hour at the tills had I not asserted myself, since the tills stood empty even though I was directed there by floor staff because I was trying to deal with a return/repurchase issue.

That Security is an example to whatever passes for management there about what old fashioned courtesy looks like. He gets 5 stars. You don’t.

Not as nice as it used to be. Too crowded both in terms of shoppers and products. Items are not nicely displayed anymore and quality of the products has significantly decreased.

TK Maxx is a good place to shop for a number of household and clothing items. On this visit I was impressed by the range and quality of candles in various sizes to suit different budgets. Highly recommend. Other items I tend to buy are mugs, plates and crockery. Also liking styling of Jack & Jones mens clothing which is a revelation in terms of quality, styling and value for money. Again recommended. Only caution would be time you can end up spending in store as they are stacked to the rafters and requires time to look through! Can be a good thing but time tends to fly by(buy!)

I would have given this 5 stars if I was actually able to maneuver around the store. It was exploding with merchandise and people. There was so much stuff that you couldn't look through any of it, and the store was so busy that you couldn't move around. A very uncomfortable visit, but I would love to attempt to shop there again if I return to London. I was looking forward to scoring a bargain on Ted Baker or other London/UK brand items, but it was too difficult to shop. I'll conquer you one day, TK Maxx!

Bought 2 long sleeve shirts. Nice. Just there was a Christmas eve crowd in the shop. Anyway 5 stars.
