I had really upsetting experience from staff of this shop. I went to the shop to coat for my family since they mix up all the coats and all the size. It took me long time to search for the colour and right size.Of course I was there to shop so I was wandering from one section to other. I need to think before I buy especially when it is for someone else. The young tall African girl who is a staff " again and again " saying oh she came back again . I didn't argue with her. After few second she and one of her white colleague started to Stare at me. I would have appreciated if they come to me and clear their doubt. I made shoping worth nearly 200 pounds. I was in a hurry so didn't get the time to talk to the "Tall African girl and her white colleague ". Please approach the customer if you feel they are shop lifter rather than standing and staring at them. Really not good experience at all. I want to ask that tall girl, you are appointed to arrange all the cloths, if customer can't find what they are looking for in one section then won't they have to go around?

WHY the low review? Miserable And suspicious security guards, The bearded Guard is friendly But The rest of them follow you around for no reason and never smile

Always a good selection of new products on sale especially now in the run up to Christmas 🎄,lots of different things that can give you lots of ideas for family and friends Present 🎁 😊 ??

With over 60 people in the queue before closing I’ve been told I can’t browse anymore and to make my way to the queue. In which I have spent over 25 minutes. Time in which I might’ve selected more items for purchase.

On top of that the whole shop was a mess, shoes section was a complete mess. I didn’t feel like I was in tkmaxx, I felt like I was in a corner off license.

great deals , especially on smart clothing, t-shirts aren't worth it but has great jeans and sneakers (sometimes for shoes ) and it's als got a vast range of original eatery, teas and coffee blends but what I like the most are the product for the home like dishes, bowls, cups, vases, ashtrays in very original designs

Good quality, reasonable prices. Queue was far too long at the checkout on Christmas eve. Had to turn back.....

I like this branch. Had more options of luggages and shoes here which was what I was interested in this time around
