Nice range of goods, assuring security presence, friendly staff.

Need to hire WAY more workers. Would save them money in the long run because you can see they've lost customers.

One person on the tills at rush hour. Other staff in the stores stacking shelves.

Employ a member of staff who tries to make physical contact with women at every opportunity. Several complaints made about him by various people.
Security stop people without reason and try to go through their personal belongings, never finding anything, but feel a bit rapey
Manager doesn't care as he apparently doesn't believe that women have rights.

There is only one person working at the cash register when there are a lot of people in line I will never come back

Takes forever in till counter. 😴 only 1 person serving long queue.
