Very friendly staff and he did not take anything for granted. He explained to me the pros & cons of buying the specific products and helped me thoroughly. We also went back after a week to return a product and another staff member was very kind, polite & professional with my wife with the refund procedure.

Well stocked store,despite a few items missing from the shelves. So glad they were open during the lockdown. Still got social distance measures in place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Got paint mixed up with no problems at all. Decent quality painting tools available. Prices are not over the top.

Worst place I’ve ever been. They mixed wrong my paint and they made me pay twice to get the right colour!!!!!! They tried to avoid their fault by saying is my responsibility when is THEM who are checking the sample to create “the perfect match”. So UNPROFESSIONAL. I prefer to use nail polish than buying paint here. Never again.

I’d like to give a big thank you to Chris at Leyland Fulham. Over the course of a few weeks and many visits he patiently assisted me to find colours and shared his knowledge generously. He has always been professional, kind and very patient.

Service on weekends sucks. when exchenge the grout and silicone that I bought yesterday for a different color. I was asked to pay for the same product again. Girls who work all week are very helpful, that's why I like this store but I won't visit this store on the weekend anymore

The People working here are not very helpful. Especially Samura ( I’m not sure if I Pronounce properly the name). Wile in the shop asking for help with light switch and electronic transformer if they have in stock I heard quick replay from lady above that “ we are not Electrical shop then she told to go look there and she left me. I haven’t ask for any technical information, I only wanted to know if they have in stock what I need.

If you need everything for basic DIY decorating - then fine, come here. I buy standard paint tins or tradesmen tools at reasonable prices and staff recommend me the right paints in the end.
