B&Q Cannock

Decent B&Q with its biggest asset being the staff. Very friendly and accommodating with genuine service not seen very much nowadays. Store layout is a little odd and can be difficult to find things plus car park is poor and needs sorting out.

Staff are great on checkouts. The lady who served me had come in especially to cover holidays even though she had an event later in the day. She even fetched me a trolley cos you can't take the baskets outside. Outstanding customer service

Went for a few different bits whilst building a sensory board for my ASD son. The staff could not make it more obvious they hate being there. Asked 3 separate staff where an item was and got 3 separate answers (none were correct).

Pretty standard B&Q experience. Wandered around aisles of home improvement supplies, came back with what we needed, even managed not to buy additional power tools.

Good sized store with friendly helpful staff. Popped in for some bark for the garden, which we purchased with no major issues. We did initially struggle to find one of the larger trollies but no a massive issue

First time using click and collect here. Will definitely use again. Very simple process, no waiting very easy to use. Parking can sometimes be an issue as the store is quite big but the car park is shared with other stores.

Staff were helpful.

Never seem to have some items or only stock one or two
