Never trust this company I bought air compressor from eBay Wolf 90L and electric motor death I have to work with out air compressor and I waiting over months for any help from them I called and he said we don't read eBay messages🙈 but selling😂. I emailed them and responded 3 times I had had enough. I bought new electric motor for £120 and replaced I needed my air compressor and I emailed to this company please send me refund for this motor responded very quick (your warranty is now void)

Bought a wolf blaster max 2 power washer used 3 times pressure connection split went back to buy new one was told don't do them any more bad design told to by pass it then told I've got to by new hose for it, they could offer a free one to compensate for their bad design

BOUGHT AN ELECTRIC START GENERATOR ON 20/08/22 , GOT IT OUT THE BOX, SET IT UP, PUT PETROL IN, TURNED THE FUEL TAP ON AND IT POURED OUT HE FLOAT CHAMBER UNDER THE CARB. TRIED TO PHONE THE UKHS DEPOT NUMBER BUT NOBODY ANSWERS. NOT SALES, NOT TECH HELP, NOBODY HANGING ON FOR OVER AND HOUR DESPITE BEING TOLD ON EACH DEPARTMENT THAT I AM NUMBER ONE IN THE QUEUE. NOT LOOKING GOOD HERE I'M AFRAID.

Had a pump delivered one part broken, the pump was essential to our renovations. IT TOOK 1 MONTH WITH NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO GET A REPLACEMENT. WOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND YES IM SHOUTING

After searching the internet for a new lawnmower blade without success, I called UKHS at 3pm and spoke to BETH in their Customer Service Dept. She advised me that she was relatively new and would have to check with their Stores Manager to see if it was still an item they stock because my lawnmower was 5 years old. Beth said she would call me back in a few minutes (I've heard that before!!!), but 4 minutes later she called back to advise me that the correct blade was found and was available to order. I duly placed the order with Beth who advised me that it would be a 3 -5 day delivery. I explained that my lawn was in desperate need and asked her if anything could be done to receive it within a 2 day period. "I'll do my best"was her reply. At 1:30pm, the following day, (yes, the next day), my new blade arrived delivered by Yodel. Brilliant service Beth. Thank you - You are a superstar.

Fox 40V lawn mower suddenly stopped working, despite batteries being fully charged. Rang company who understandably asked me to try reseating batteries and isolation switch. When told still not working, immediately arranged collection (which would have been next day if we had been available). Collected Monday 7th June, replacement delivered 11th June.
Will definitely use this company again.

Bought a water pump use it every other day to water livestock had a few issues but as I live local to shop itst not a problem as iv been looked after every time brilliant team well recommended and certainly use again :))

Purchased a lawnmower 2 years ago, so out of warranty. Was purchased as a 3 in 1.
No mulch plug and told there wouldn't be one!! Their supplier hadn't made one!!
Well who makes wolf ? We are Wolf!?!?
Engine not a patch on Briggs and Stratton! No throttle control!!
Still runs but it's going to the tip!!!😭
