I checked for a product online and not only did the website tell me it was in stock but it told me which aisle to go to. When I got to the store I went straight to the aisle, very quickly found the product and was done in about a minute

Always come here as it’s my local DIY Superstore, never have had an issue. Today I came to pick up a bunch of small items I needed.

One of those items was an adhesive glue, went self service to get ID for glue… I’m 30, my wife was next to me heavily pregnant. My ID was in the car, so I had to walk out, leaving my heavily pregnant wife standing there waiting with the goods.. honestly absolutely absurd.

Just caused a massive inconvenience because staff (AKA Andrew!) cannot assess the situation, get your act together.

Some things quite expensive. Can be bought cheaper elsewhere. Don't seem to hold stocks of some quite simple things either. Not always much of a selection. Shame that Lowestoft branch closed. 10 mile trip to Great Yarmouth only to find haven't got what I wanted or not the choice.

The chap who mixed my paint on my last visit was so helpful and very friendly. Gave my granddaughter a Lolly and even a sweet for me 😋

Absolutely pointless trip to bandq. Checked online for what I wanted. 5 instore. Go there. There's only 2 cushions i wanted on the shop floor. Ask as desk if there is any more. Lady scans them and they scan at £12 instead of £9. There is no £12 label on the shelf so these must be the ones that are £9
One is in packet the other one is filthy. Ask a lady to look for me, she's nice but can't find any but her hand gun says there are 5 stock. She can't work it out either. Unless these are different ones not priced correct Anyway ask manager IAN he says no I can't have it for £9 but there is only £9 on the shop floor. Well great manager he is. Doesn't know the correct prices or whats out on the shop floor but won't let me have them for the price I found them for both online and instore.
Emailed them and they fill me full of rubbish asking me to update my account with all my details just for them to say the store will ring me. The store couldn't sort it out when I was there so why the hell would i want them to ring me!
Thank the lord I haven't ordered a kitchen from them if they can't even sort their cushion stock correctly.

Great store with everything you need under one roof. As a bathroom n kitchen fitter they fill the gaps for parts needed. Tradepoint adds to there quality service they provide.

Lovely shop with broad selection. 18 Cowboys working out in the yard, ever so hard. 18 more in the shower section. Top customer service from them all. Will be returning.
