Wonderful store with extremely helpful staff. I bought wall paper and forgot to check the batch codes, the lady on the check out saw I had 3 different batches. Thanks to her I was able to correct my error.
I was also looking for some wall stencils, and a young employee working near the paints was able to direct me to the location.

Click and Collect from the entrance. Order wasn't ready, over two hours after placing it. The few staff working were struggling due to the holiday season and others off work with Covid, and the order had been everlooked. Fortunately it was only two items and took around 15 minutes to 'raise' it. They were very apologetic and two staff members carried the order out to my vehicle and loaded it for me. They were working well under pressure. Well done those of them "hanging-in" there even though some working were also clearly ill and still giving good customer service.

Ridiculous experience. Refused sale of spray paint due to not having ID. I am 32 years old and covered in paint from a day of decorating. Hardly look like the type to graffiti the town. Also refused to serve my 39 year old partner as ‘I know he’s with you’. Use your common sense B&Q!!!

Plenty of choice and no issues with stock, staff are friendly and helpful. Only issue is sometimes it can take a while to go through the checkouts mainly because they don't staff all of them causing a long queue

Like b n q DIY nirvana!!but 90 quid for 2 cheap looking mdf doors is not what bnq is supposed to be about..pricing is going to be critical in this current state we find our country in ..

Brilliant !! We are always there , every weekend on the hunt for something to buy for the house . And when you've done there , there is an Aldi across the road for a little food treat 😅😊

Compared to my local B&Q at Wigston this store was better stocked, better organised and had a much cleaner feel.
Staff were so polite and helpful.
I honestly didn't mind the extra distance for the items I required.

I don't like the fact that they have taken away all but one of the tills and replaced them with self serve. We are not payed to be a check out operator.
