My phone is broken and I want to buy a spot emergency. As a result, I queued up at Curry for 40 minutes on Sunday (there was only one staff member, and the manager was unwilling to dispatch staff to assist), and there was no stock. Buy it in 5 minutes from tesco in sidcup. The price is even cheaper. What's the point of having a physical store?

Brilliant service from Paul and the team, Thankyou!

After hours on the phone and in the Bromley store we were losing our faith in Curry’s, we gave it one last try at this store with our broken iron bought on line a few weeks ago.. hardly any wait to be served, friendly knowledgeable service and resolved our issue. Thank you, we’ll be back!

I spoke to this gentlemen over the phone. He was polite, informative, couldn't do enough for me & was so helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better service. He solved my problem is seconds whilst putting me at ease about the situation. I have had people before disregard the issue you are calling about or leave you on hold for 20/30 minutes. Whereas this gentleman only took seconds. I have never had a service so efficient. He gave me all the information I needed & went above & beyond by putting a note aside for me ready for when I go into the store.
I hope his manager sees this review & he gets the praise he deserves. Its people like Jamal who keep the customers happy & coming back. Someone like him should be incharge of training others on how customer service should be. I hope he gets told what a fantastic job he is doing & that this review doesn't just sit here. He needs to know his hard work isn't going unnoticed.
He even wished me luck in my new job which was a lovely personal touch & made you feel appreciated & listened to. It made me feel valued as a person & that he cares about his customers. I may even call within a few weeks to ensure this has reached his team & that he gets the praise he deserves.

I will be very disappointed if Curry's ignore this & don't forward this onto the technical Live support team.

First time I’ve managed to get what they sell on the internet. Staff found the item quickly in store an hour after opening. But, arrived at the till with only one other ahead to be left waiting for 10-15minutes and staff standing in a group chatting by the door. Then finally they realised a managed got one to get me served and a que formed behind me to a till that wouldn’t work. Makes you realise why the internet is so quick and easy sometimes.

My 1000pds TV broke down after 8 months, tried to sort out over phone but no joy. Went to orpington branch and manager sorted out immediately. He restored my faith in curry's and was brilliant. My wife could have kissed him after all the aggro we had previously experienced. Guy could Andy was also amazing.

Great place to buy electronics and utilities both large and small. Competitively priced and a huge variety of stock, some items are ready to take away, already in their brown box and next to the show items.
We are trying to furnish our new unfurnished home, so I have attatched some photos of a few items that we are going to buy from Currys PC World. This will hopefully give you an idea of what you could get and what prices. We went for a bottom-line range.

The staff are lovely and always happy to help, we were in the store for quite some time trying to sift through and decide what we actually wanted to buy, this was tough due to the huge variety! In the time we spent in store, we were approached by two lovely ladies at different times who both spent a fair amount of time with us, explaining and showing us items, recommending items and informing us about said items too. They were not pushy and they did not try to trick us into buying the most expensive things, instead they listened to us and therefore helped us. We did not buy anything, but now know exactly what we want to buy.

I have also bought a couple of phones from here as well as other things like speakers and TVs. All of which I have no complaints about what so ever.

It’s challenging to find someone to ask questions about a TV which we were going to buy. This we went to a competitor store and bought the TV. Just because no one was there to help! You are losing business because you are not paying attention to a customer willing to spend £1500 for a new TV set!

Needed a headphone adaptor located it but was on a locked rail. Asked a member of staff who told me I had to speak to the lady on the department who was dealing with another customer. Spoke to get and she was very agitated, saying "I can't cope with this its all too much" I waited 20 minutes in total and no-one would help so left empty handed. Terrible service. ( Orpington store)
