Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in London

Called this embassy just today (27.Jan.20) to inquire about renewing my passport and issuing one for my newborn. The person who answered was the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve come across for a long time! After about 30 seconds through the call, she suggested that she was very busy and that I should just go on the embassy’s website and find the information I needed!!

The embassy’s website doesn’t have the answer for my inquiry!!

Just wondering- has that member of your staff ever received any sorts of training?! And has she been supervised to make sure she’s doing the work she’s supposed to do?!!!

Went to renew my jordan passport on 08/03/2022 around 13:20. Met a representative called Mahmood who was most helpful and polite. The process was so smooth and no issues at all. Regard, Ra’Ed

We call them day time English or Arabic no answer
I am sorry why you open the embassy if you are not going to answer your phones and we can’t come just like that because you need appointments!!!!
So what the Jordanian have to do to finish his papers epically if he is in rush

Needed some documents from the embassy. The order and payment process was straight forward and simple. Contacted the embassy on a couple of occasions and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I dealt mainly with Mahmoud who was extremely helpful and dealt with my quries. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Rude lady , doesn’t answer questions has 0 professionalism probably got the job through nepotism , does not want to understand what I am trying to explain. The 5 star reviews are workers there themselves masquerading if i could give 0 stars I would unfortunately there isn’t that option.

I will be in the embassy on the 9th of December, I will tell you how they are going to act, and I don't work there, so, I will be telling the truth the real truth

Not sure what embassy on the planet doesn't answer the phone (on any option) for two weeks. We have a journey that needs to take place and its this phone call that is stopping it from happening. Very unprofessional and lazy. I've sent emails over the two weeks and again no replies. Someone needs to be fired.

Edit: On the day I wrote this, I got a call from the embassy! So someone was there all along and they truly were not answering the phone. Once I finally spoke to them, they said the passport was ready two weeks ago. My husband went the same day as this call, and collected it. But no one was bothered to let us know. Advice, don't bother wait, just go to them. No appointment.

It is impossible for anyone to pick up the phone (I've been calling for days), and once you are lucky, an unbelievably rude woman answers the phone. I am about to report the person working there for complete lack of professionalism.
In the embassy the confusion and lack of procedures is unbelievable.
Undoubtedly the worst embassy experience I've ever had.
