Shop treatment fine, trying to use your website to talk to the local shop frustrating and timewasting. What are you scared of about publishing the local number ? Really fed up with using this site

I have been a customer here for many years but not again. My last frames broke twice in the same place but I was happy to trust Boots again as they said they would mend my old glasses to keep as a spare.
However after paying over £300 for new glasses I was told by the optician that there's nothing they could do and to sort it myself.
It seemed that as soon as they had my money they didn't care, beware of false promises.

Transferred there from my previous address and no problem at all staff was helpful and efficient
