Best shop but Worst Pharmacist at Kensington High Street. I went to get a medicine for my wife but was told she needs to be present in person. Upon asking for the reason the pharmacist only had one answer "She just needs to be here and thats it". Before I could say anything she disappeared. I asked staff for the pharmacist again but she refused to attend to me. First time seen a pharmacist acting like a brain surgeon. Even brain surgeons dont have this attitude they have manners and talk like educated people. I asked her to call manager and she again ran away saying "even manager cant do anything". Another staff called manager and the gentleman explained properly the reasons and risks why the drug has to be given to the user. We have been regular customers of Boots and have never seen such an ill mannered person there. Give her some training and teach her some basic manners please.

My whole family been boots opticians customers for at least 20 years . I have seen their customer service going down day by day . They don’t answer the phone not only that after moving to new place they send us a letter with a new phone number which takes to Romford . Another number on the letter takes to central booking line . Nobody can help as they give the same number on the web page . After trying an hour left right centre I managed to got through boots Kensington pharmacy department. The lady on the phone denied to help as they are not linked after moving to next door . She gave me another number to call which tells sorry we are closed . So I don’t know exactly what I need to do .

A month after getting my first pair of prescription sunglasses I accidentally sat on them & the frame snapped. David was amazing in helping me track down the frame which had been discontinued and get in ordered in from another store. He was extremely helpful and very quickly had the new frame fitted. Great customer service & the help was so appreciated! :)

I came into Boots Opticians this morning to get a new pair of glasses and contact lenses. I was served by two ladies called Sharon and Teresa who were incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and kind. Such a positive experience - thank you both for being so warm and polite!

Stay Away !!
Optiican gave me the wrong prescription!! Entered a + instead of - in the prescription. Result not only blinding headaches but cost me over £500 in new glasses that I ordered..
Stay well clear of these charlatans

Well service but sometimes it's too expensive. Please check any promotion before making a decision.

Service was efficient & professional. Neeta was excellent as she straightened my present glasses which was a very delicate task. Much more comfortable now.
