Friendly and knowledgeable staff were very reassuring .

I have just received my prescription variofocal sunglasses. From order to collection 5 days including a weekend. The staff were very helpful particularly Libby who went out of her way to help make sure I got the right product, without any pressure.

The optician, Dr Aftab Ahmed, referred me to Burnley Eye Clinic and by doing this he has saved my eye sight!!
I can’t thank him enough! 🙏 if you care for your vision then you’re in safe hands here!

Lovely staff, nothing is too much trouble, great selection of glasses at reasonable prices.

Such lovely staff, Mr Ahmed completes most thorough eye test that you can have, he found that my eye pressures need further investigation by the hospital. This time I also had a peripheral vision test, thankfully that was OK. There is a good variety of frames to choose from and Iram was lovely from start to finish, she explained how varifocals work and what to expect as I have never needed these before. Collection of the glasses was excellent, again couldn't fault any part of the service that Boots Accrington provide. I tried a local optician once and the eye test was over and done in 5mins, never again. Your eyes are precious I will stick with Boots. Thank you x

Told to lower my expectations of what I could see with prescription after complaining I couldn't see well enough.
Have since been elsewhere and got a correct prescription and more thorough examination and test.

Professional staff. Patient, nothing a problem.
