PANACEA MEDICAL CENTRE

I have used Pancia medical center last week and they saved my sight, Mr Rassam is very experienced, he operated on my eye and basically he saved my eye, whatever I say about the treatment that I had is not really enough, really friendly very professional, I highly recommend every buddy to go to Pancia medical center if you have any problems with your eye, is worth every penny.

I have recently had two cataract operations at Panacea, and I can wholeheartedly recommend. I was quite nervous about the operations and Mr Rassam was excellent in taking time to listen and reassuring me. I found Mr Rassam and his whole team to be professional, informative, understanding, efficient, thoughtful and kind. I am so very pleased with the results.

Awful service, I had an appointment that had
been booked for several weeks and was quite urgent for me. I had arranged child care at a financial burden to me knowing that I had to be scanned. The radiographer refused to see me, saying I wasn't on the list. She still refused to see me even after I had proved that I did have an appointment. She didn't call my GP or try to sort it out. She was rude and unhelpful. She even discussed me with other patients. Awful experience and I am left in a lot of pain. She refused to give her name.

Found everything comforting from start to finish , explanation of what would happen easy to understand,,
Mr.Rassam and the team are very professional, follow up is also professional. I would recommend Panacea
to Anyone that needs Cataract treatment
