Went in for an eye test with mum and sister staff were nice and friendly and I got a really good pair of glasses !

Exceptionally slow service. Less chatter amongst the staff and a greater appreciation of customer time would greatly improve the current poor service.

I had my eyes tested here and received great service. However, when I went back another day to see if they could update my lenses on an old frame I was served by a moody woman who sat with me analysing what lens I already had in my frames, telling me as they’re over 2 years old the plastic frames could snap. Everything seemed like I was keeping her and she came across quite rude. Won’t be using them again for services other than eye tests.

Great service when my contact lenses broke and I had no new ones! They replaced the lenses the same day and were helpful on the phone.
