I visited this optician with my husband and they provide an excellent service. My husband was given a very thorough examination and there was a good range of frames to choose from. All the staff were friendly and efficient and there was no waiting about. We also took advantage of the discount for senior citizens. Will certainly return in the future.

I visited Boots Optician Sittingbourne for the first time today and found them to be very professional, courteous and attentive. I wasn't under any pressure to purchase new glasses the choice was absolutely all mine. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Very lovely and helpful stuff. Highly professional, engaging and friendly! I did my eye test last year and the eye test and subsequent glasses selection was an immensely enjoyable and stress free experience. I would go back to Sittingbourne just to get my 2 yearly test in this store. One of the best! Also great credit to their store manager/owner who is fantastic!

We have been going to Boots opticians in Sittingbourne for a couple of years now. Every time we have attended, the customer service is exceptional. The eye test, the most thorough I have ever had and when fitting and choosing, nothing is too much trouble or rushed to make sure that the correct glasses are suitable.
