Took my elderly mum there as she was very worried she had blood behind her eyes. The optician wouldn't even look at her, told us to go somewhere else, which at 3.45 on a Sunday was impossible. She had a terrible evening, sent from Lewisham a&e to King's, hours and hours of waiting and stress. Shame on you Boots, zero compass.

They have really gone downhill the establishment is extremely dirty and looks very unhygienic and the staff don’t know what they’re doing. I booked a appointment and they didn’t know what it was for nor did they have the lenses I need which makes zero sense as my appointment was pre booked for weeks so they have ample time to prepare. I wasted my time and the optician’s attitude stinks she wasn’t helpful or apologetic at all.

The staff and optician was absolutely WONDERFUL. I've never had my eyes examined so intricately as the optician performed at Boots. The staff kindly provided me various options and presented me with a scheme that made my eye care extremely affordable. I'm from America and the care and kindness shown to me by Boot Opticians was very much appreciated. I'm thrilled to return and choose my trendy, stylish, yet affordable frames next week! Highly recommended!!!
