Lovely staff very helpful

Friendly staff I took my daughter with me to my appointment the other day so she could get use to coming in and seeing all the different machines that are used as she is a little shy they made her feel welcome and did try and let her see how all the machine work so it's not so scary for her when it's her turn so with this in mind they are brilliant highly recommend using boots opticians to everyone

I've always gone to Newmarket Boots and found the service ok but nothing to write home about. I however went to Mildenhall boots on 23/03/22 and had optician G. Weli for a standard eye test. He was the best optician I've ever seen, he was very thorough and clearly very passionate about his job and spent a lot of time telling me all about my various tests so I know my eye's inside out now. Turns out I had some issues I didn't know about before, and I had been slightly misadvised before. He gave me a plan on what I could do to help my eyes. It was such a thorough service that in future I will be calling to book and request this optician. The staff out front were also really friendly and helpful, couldn't fault a thing.

Had such a great experience here this week. Everyone I dealt with were so professional and kind. If you are in any way anxious about going then this is the place to go!
