I am very happy with their services!

I got in sent by my GP with a bad case of allergy on my left eye. They really understood the severity of the situations and took me in without an appointment. I was seen by Dr Kevin Day who did a thorough check (in his own lunch brake i belive) and prescribed me a treatment. I am very pleased of how I've been treated there and for sure I will go again for my eye prescription.

Staff were very helpful putting in a new tiny screw on some Boots prescription sunglasses that had broken, at no charge. Very grateful for their assistance.

I wished I went to spec savers across the road honestly! The staff seemed nice at first but when it comes to choosing your frames if you want have a change of heart you’ll get told that you were advised beforehand (when you never was). You’re better off elsewhere!

Staff was fine at first but their attitude change very quickly second time when I wasn’t happy about my frames.

Very dishonest staff!! Make sure to double check everything with this clinic! One misunderstanding and you’ll get gas lighted and no refund policy reply!

If there was a zero option for this clinic I’d give them that!. Very unprofessional and inadequate service!

This branch of Boots Opticians should have 5 stars. It is the best opticians in Streatham without a doubt. I have been using this branch for over 20 years and the staff have always been amazing. They will go out of their way to help you understand your eye problems. Friendly and knowledgable. Kevin has seen me through a detached retina when he saved my eye sight by his prompt action. I get continued support from Kevin and all the staff at this branch. I can not speak highly enough of the personal care I get. Pick up the phone and make an appointment and see for yourself.

I have been going here since needing glasses in 1994 as a small child, it was then D&H. Staff have always been friendly and helpful on all of my visits. This has always been my teen daughter’s optician since first able to attend, again nothing but friendly and helpful treatment by staff.
