Really helpful and quick to sort out prescription glasses, however despite what google says, this particular store is separate from boots itself and is not open on sundays.

Tried to call appointments for 2hours no one answered phone.

no one answer the phone, just repeated comments over and over again. Do I really have to travel 16 miles to speak to someone? What a lousy system. How do they do any business

Asked for reactolite, when I went to collect glasses no reactolite still waiting for glasses after 3weeks. Also need cataract inspection, received appointment for Norwich I live in Bury St Edmunds Suffolk and was not given an option which I was told I should have. Also in Bury st Edmunds they do not answer the phone.

Not impressed, started off by putting my eye test results on someone else's records, that needed to be corrected, then had my prescription issued in the wrong name, ordered some glasses not arrived after a month a member of staff said they would check into it and phone me, never did, today after 5 weeks still no glasses so asked for a refund, no apology

Don't usually have any problems with this place, but went in to get glassed fixed and the guys were useless. Told me they looked ok while I was wearing then so no problem then.

Rubbish service .Failure to answer the phone.Doesnt look like the opticians want your customer.Go elsewhere.

Cannot get through on phone, day after day. Hour after hour.
