Any reviews on here with more then 1 star clearly work there. By far the worst surgery I have ever known, every time I try to call I’m always in a Q of above 30 so when I walked in to make an appointment after trying multiple times all week whenever I could I was met with rude miserable unhelpful receptionists. Giving the NHS beyond a bad rep with this practice

I had to switch from New Hayesbank surgery as i have moved addresses so was forced here against my will. Ever since switching i have faced two hour waits on the phone for an appointment, to then be hung up on when i reach first in the queue.

One day they went as far as to start rejecting my calls as i heard a different answer each time, I even had them pick up, huff, then put the phone down on me before i could speak.

My daughter had her 16 week jabs 4 weeks late due to their misconduct. They first cancelled the appointment without telling us, then when i arrived to the re arranged appointment i checked in, they said that’s fine take a seat, i waited 30 minutes to be told she is on her lunch and will be with you shortly, i then waited an extra 15 minutes to be told her appointment isn’t here anymore and i should of been called? i had to re-schedule AGAIN. i arrived home and looked at my phone to see they had tried to call me 30 minutes after my appointment was.

Yesterday i got sent to MAU in the William Harvey via Ambulance, they eventually sent me home after 6 hours saying i must book an emergency GP appointment to get myself checked out. I called yesterday for the phone lines to say we are not currently taking calls due to staff shortages. I then call back today and wait in line as my call is clearly urgent, to be told they are not booking appointments today and to call back tomorrow at 8am, yet they don’t take calls until 11:30? i reiterated this to her and she said it would be fine, i am yet to call them until tomorrow.

Isn't even worth 1 star u can't get through to staff at all . One time I spoke to a GP about an issue and was told just take painkillers every day I try not to use doctors unless I really really need to . Honestly don't use this place it will be the death of you .

Used to be quite good and now hugely gone downhill. Rude unhelpful receptionists. Trying to make excuses for jobs not getting done.

Not sure how it could possibly be any worse at this point. Absolutely no follow-up, always chasing them to do anything. Four weeks I've been waiting for physio on my thumb, god forbid anything serious be entrusted to this surgery

2020: Still awful. I've had a herniated disk for 6 weeks now. No medication offered until I asked. Absolutely zero physio bar one diagnostic session where I was declared symptom-free! Staff couldn't care less, shameful service.

2022: You will probably die before you actually get an appointment here. Good luck being shipped around so you don't bother them with your serious conditions. Also called at a later date for help stopping smoking and they offered me absolutely nothing.

My advice is to exaggerate your symptoms and even fake them if you have to. Whatever it takes to get seen because these people truly do not want to help you.

If there was a zero rating I would of used that . E consult available from 8am ,830 still can't get on it . Call them all lines busy , absolute waste of time ,

Recently moved to Ashford Medical Practice and attended here for a couple of tests. The nurses I've seen were both brilliant. Such a change from a previous experience here 10 years back. The only thing that let it down were the grumpy receptionist and the still locked door, open the door for heavens sake.

Lo yearly the worst surgery in Ashford. Only caters for unemployed people who can spend all morning constantly phoning. To be told for two weeks straight there are no more apps !. Staff on site are rude and unhelpfull. Changing doctors
