The Greyswood Practice

Receptionists are very helpful and approachable. Nurses are lovely. Dr Marshall is fantastic. Having mental health problems for past decade, this practice is a life saver. I don't know where I'd be without them.

Today was my worst visit at this GP practice. After Covid-19 this GP is going downhill. I requested the letter from GP, but I was informed that may take 21 days!!! If I want to speed up I was informed by the receptionist that I could make appointment and I visit the GP face to face. I made appointment with Dr Martin. After 40 minutes delay I was to being to see her and straight informed by her that it was a mistake and she will not to write this letter for me. She did even bother to listen what my other problems are. She close the door and that's it. I wanted to speak with with other doctors but It was not possible. After complying at the reception I was approached by Meggie Thompson and it was explained that she will not change anything and she will follow the procedure. Even I explained what my health problems and my personal situation are she would not change the mind. I requested from her email address to a person or institution to which I can complain. I received the email address to the reception of Greyswood Practice. I said that I wanted to complain about the GP practice. She advised me to look at the internet. Completely unprofessional attitude.
OMG the place is worst the in "The trial" in Kafka's book.
They are lazy, ruthless, and heartlessness. It take them 21 days to write the letter!!!!!!!!

I am new in this practice. Everyone is so so nice and polite, it amazes me that I didn’t gone there before. Very nice doctors, nurses and receptionists. Thank you!

I have been living in London for five years and so far this is the best GP practice I have been to so far. The receptionists are helpful, I have always been seen promptly, friendly GP’s who actually listen.

Really great GP practice. Receptionists are kind and helpful. All the GPs I have spoken to have a lovely manner and are thorough. I can always get an appointment when needed. Very impressed.

Very good gp Dr Marshall took the time to listen to my father's mental health issues and seemed like he really cared very approachable all receptionist I've spoken to have been really friendly would definitely recommend this surgery 😊

This is the most amazing, professional, caring and knowledgeable Doctors surgery you could ever wish to join. Every member of staff makes you feel as if you are the only patient who matters. I have been lucky enough to be treated my Dr Andrewes, Dr Osborne and Dr Mackenzie and welcomed and supported by Maggie and her reception team for many years . The team of nurses are also very helpful and professional. I would like to thank all of the staff for looking after all my family I can’t praise them enough.

Such a great practice, and everyone is friendly and so extremely helpful.

I've been able to get a call whenever I need one and any follow up interaction has been excellent.

They were super supportive when I needed a letter for travel after covid also.
