Extremely efficient staff and doctors. They never make you wait around for an appointment. All the doctors I've had appointments before with came across as kind, caring individuals. The reception staff are always ready to help. Even during the thick of Covid times, when I had to get an emergency consultation they obliged! This is the best practice I've been to. From diagnosis to treated in less than a week, for an ongoing condition that I had put off for multiple years.

Admin staff did an excellent job at reminding me of my upcoming appointment, via a call and through SMS text messages. Doctors diagnosed my condition, explained incredibly well what it was and how it could be treated, followed up with an appointment to the treatment. All streamlined and efficient, within less than a week.

I gave 5 stars irrespective of negative experience with one doctor. Dr Santhakumar and Dr Hope have been god-sent for me and i always request to see either of them when i make an appointment. They take the time to really listen, are non-judgemental, take time to examine and explain things clearly and simply. They always look into my concerns & offer follow ups to check how i am getting on. Referrals have been made efficiently each time one was needed. The reception staff are friendly too!

This surgery changed my life, I’m truly grateful for ALL the doctors specially dr Laurie Frère ( one of the most caring he was). The receptionists are lovely and polite as well.
The clean and noiseless environment makes you feel relax while waiting.
Overall an excellent practice and positive atmosphere.

Best GP surgery I've been to in my 18 years of living in London. The doctors, nurses and staff are amazing. No surprise that it's difficult to get an appointment. I would recommend all locals to register with this clinic, if they're still accepting new patients that is!
