Went along today to get my first Covid vaccine. The staff at the surgery were absolutely brilliant, so polite, caring and comforting. The entire process from start to finish was exceptionally streamlined and well organised. No time wasting,, quickly and efficiently managed. The injection itself I hardly felt. Well Done and thank you so much to the entire team at this surgery.

I just received my Covid vaccination today at this practice. Everything was well organised. I was met by volunteers on my arrival who were friendly and guided me in. I felt safe and welcome. I then spoke to a Pharmacist who explained the whole process and procedure to me. There were GPs at hand too. My jab was administered efficiently and it didn't hurt at all. I was then observed for any contraindications by caring and empathetic staff. My whole experience was outstanding. Thank you to all the volunteers, staff, doctors and management for a fantastic set up and roll out process.

Receptionist is very rude, she confronts me and my father with ‘What do you want?’ What type of receptionist speaks like that?

Especially with an patient who is facing difficulties in speech

And her mocking my hurt voice was ungrateful and disgusting

This cable street surgery is use lass it shouldn’t be there and wast. Of money Last week gp text me for my 2 year Daughter To booked Flu vaccine and asking me to book by text to replay day & time witch is I did then when I went at Cable street walk in center it was closed for lunch but Gp text saying booking time 9:30am-4:30pm.please don’t text anyone without knowing the center lunch time table..or just write in text you sent to the patients after week later I called Gp Goldman’s Fields practice and booked for child vaccine on Saturday 27th November but when I went there it was closed why they running people with child without knowing that center open or not very Bad service.I hope it will fixed soon

Absolutely disgraceful and horrendous service. i booked an appointment for a Covid vaccination for my child and received the relevant confirmation, i turned up and they refused to give the vaccination to my child, i have called the Covid advice line 119 and they have said this surgery should have provide the vaccination!

I appreciate that this surgery may be understaffed, but I have been waiting for an update to my medical record for over 3 weeks in order to get a vaccine. I am high risk and have sent along my medical history. When I called the surgery twice - left on hold for up to an hour each time - they told me that it had been done and that I must wait. Then I emailed, and they said nothing has been updated. I can't understand why it is so difficult when I really need a vaccine and have proof of medical condition.

I had a booster jab booked for 15 dec and 10:45 appointment, However I was asked to queue outside, which is alright. But there was only one queue for walk-ins and people with appt, which is not ideal. I queued for 25 mins and got the vaccine. Can you please have separate queues for walk-in vs appt and prioritise people with appt? else there is no point of booking appt online and you can disable appt booking system and have only walk-ins.

This surgery is the worst. Usually Impossible to get an appointment. I have often been kept waiting on the phone for 30 mins only to be hung up on when my turn came. Receptionists dry, abrupt and unhelpful. Also, no follow up after phone appointments which were to request further examinations and prescriptions. Some doctors good, but others unhelpful, like talking to a wall. I have had to resort to a private practice many times to keep healthy.
