I’ve been a loyal customer of this pizza joint for over 10 years, and in the last three months it has really gone downhill. On several locations the food has taken well over an hour to arrive and has been stone cold or the order wrong.

We tried to use them today for the first time after a few months to see if things had improved and it was worse than ever. The food was inedible, the staff lied twice about where the food was - we could’ve walked there and back faster than having it delivered.

Will never use them again. There are much better options in the area.

Poor customer service. Ordered 3 pizzas and chips by phone and when got there only one pizza made. Told the order was wrong but was not accepted that they made a mistake. Would of waited for whole order to be remade but was expected to take the 1 pizza and chips which would of been cold by the time I got home. Human errors occur but to be told it's my fault is unacceptable and good customer service would to do the whole order correctly with all items made at the same time

We have been ordering from this shop for a while now. Absolutely amazing experience everytime. Great customer service from Pizza on Demand. Our food is always nice & hot and delivered on time. Thankyou so much.

I once asked if they could take a card payment for a pizza order as I didn’t have cash or a card with me, their card machine was not working.. They didn’t want to send me away even though there was no way for them to take the payment from me, they asked to just get the food and pay whenever I came in next, I have told them honestly that I am not from the area so I may not be able to.. and they still didn’t want me to leave the shop empty handed “It’s food don’t worry about it too much”.. Eventually met somebody while I was having the pizza which I knew and got the money off him to pay the place but this gesture of goodwill will never be forgotten, the staff/owner here have a good and big heart! Thank you so much nowadays it’s very hard to come across people like this

This place WAS one of my favourites. However, they're now impossible to connect with/order from. I tried the Pizza On Demand website. They're always closed. The phone number listed on Google may be correct, but I never get through. My attempts to order from Foodhub fail, because they're apparently always busy. How busy must they be that none of my orders are ever accepted and I'm forced to cancel when nothing goes through? And on top of that, they're no longer on Just-Eat, which is where I did the majority of my ordering for years. Unfortunately I'm not currently in a position to pop in and pick the food upin person, but they've made it impossible to order from their restaurant, and quite frankly I am fed up

EDIT: Downgrading to a 1* because the phone number is clearly not in use either

I feel completely and utterly disappointed with the service I have received from this restaurant and their driver. Firstly the potato skins were frozen and inedible I contacted the restaurant for them to return my money for the potato skins as I paid in cash and they can take the potato skins back, When the driver come back he was very argumentative and rude even though I showed him the poor quality of the food and he agreed that it was frozen. I just could not understand why I had to argue with the driver for my money back even after the restaurant agreed. The food is really poor quality and the service was even worse.
