Mucked up my entire order, gave me a big "tasty" (something with the texture and flavor of a Nike shoe) instead of a big Mac and a crusty garlic wrap instead of the sweet chilly one. Took them half an hour to fix the wrap, the new manager seems very pushy and won't let you get a refund even if you've been waiting for half an hour and your order is no where near ready. Go to asdas instead.

I am sick and tired of paying for food and it not being in the bag. I checked it quickly and thought the mozzarella sticks were there but they weren’t again. This is a big problem as you take people’s money and don’t give them the right order. The girl at the window was distracted by the manager asking lots of questions while serving customers. She said I had to wait as the mozzarella sticks were not ready yet. Then I drive away, assuming the order is correct but no, no mozzarella sticks. Maybe concentrate a bit more. This not just at Hatfield but many McDonald’s are getting worse. It such a shame my children like it. I don’t go for myself anymore. It’s never right.

Not impressed with the changes at this branch. They've created an atmosphere which is very unwelcoming for in-store customers, and it's even worse if want to order at the counter. Their design team have obviously thought this through thoroughly. It's quite obvious that they want to discourage people on foot, and would much rather people order online or via the drive through.
I've only given 4 star for the service, because the young lady that served me went out of her way to get me what I wanted.

Go here if you want your orders to be consistently wrong......this time my chocolate milkshake arrived as a strawberry milkshake...no straws packed for the drinks.....and 4 apple pies missing totally... virtually every time I receive an order from this branch it's wrong ....I even received a big Mac with nothing in it once....just the bun!!! This is the last time I use this branch.... burger king from now on.

Your refurbishment looked worse, it's doesn't look welcoming and your till tucked in the left corner that no one can see. Obviously you just added the seating area for the delivery man. We waited for ages for our meals and still no ice cream since spring and now we are in winter. Your service was much better before. Please fix !

Spent 2 weeks refitting the store and all they did was add a delivery counter. Toilets still dirty and the the Mac flurry machine is still broken. Terrible!

Again ordered on drive thru 4 dubble quarter and on arrival to home realise is single quarter. Sticker on box said clearly dubble quarter please check your orders before you drive off.

Slowest McDonald’s Drive Through Ever. Even if your the only car it will take is them 20 mins minimum to serve you. Staff clearly do not care about providing an efficient service. Serious issue here. Avoid if you can. You’ll find better service at the Burger King behind which is what we end up doing when McDonald’s take too long
